After mixing apple cider vinegar and cold water, let it sit in the refrigerator until it’s completely cold. After cleansing and conditioning the hair, pour the rinse over the hair and scalp. Allow it to sit in the hair for a few minutes before you rinse it out with water.
2. Deep Conditioning
To make the most out of the in-depth conditioning process, always incorporate heat. There are several ways to do this. Once you’ve washed and conditioned your hair, add the deep conditioning treatment to your strands. If you have a hair steamer, you can sit under it for proper treatment. The same is true for a hooded dryer.
Be sure to use a thin plastic shower cap before sitting under a hooded dryer. If you have a heated bonnet, use a plastic shower cap as well. If you don’t have any of those resources, throw a clean towel in the dryer for ten minutes. Once you’ve taken it out of the dryer, wrap it around your head while it’s hot. In addition to drinking lots of water, it’s best to eat foods that are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and biotin. Great options include salmon, nuts (almonds, walnuts) and seeds (chia, flax). 4. Low Manipulation
Do your best to keep your hairstyles low-maintenance and straightforward. Your hair follicles are fragile. Constant combing and brushing will wear on your strands. Instead, try protective hairstyles like buns, sleek updos, and braids. Detangle with your fingers to make sure you’re gentle.
5. Scalp Massages
Scalp massages are excellent for increasing the blood flow underneath the scalp’s surface. To make the experience more powerful, use a few drops of essential oils that encourage hair growth.
